NLV reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a member's access to the service, without notice and without refund upon any breach of this Agreement by the member.

4. Non Commercial Use by Members:

Companies/businesses or profit making organizations may not become members, and should not use this site for any purpose. NLV may in some instances request a member to send an additional photograph, that when placed with the photograph in question will convincingly validate its authenticity. These additional photographs, again will be accepted solely on the judgment of the editorial staff of NLV.
